Promise Care creates a seamless, client-friendly experience that puts the needs and preferences of the individual receiving care first.

Our team is focused on matching the individuals we serve with the caregiver or care team that’s right for them–from skill level and availability, to personality and caregiving approach. At our initial consultation we’ll talk through the type of care you’re looking for as well as the level of engagement that feels right to you.

When you work with Promise Care we will work with you to create a customized care plan with our nurse followed by an introduction to your trained care professionals.

The Promise Care Way

Before starting services, our experienced staff of professionals will talk about the physical and emotional needs of the client we are serving. We realize we aren’t going in to merely perform a list of duties. We are caring for a real person who is wondering how they are going to adapt to this new care provider and build a relationship. Our staff does their best to put everyone at ease with the newness of home care. From the beginning of services and for the first few weeks, our staff is in close communication to make sure you are having the client experience you expect. Our goal is to provide peace of mind to everyone involved in the life of the client.

We appreciate transparency and do our best to be upfront and honest about caregiver staffing and what you can expect. To help us to be the best we can be, we have hired a third-party company to conduct surveys asking our clients as well as our caregivers to rate and comment on what Promise Care does well and ways we can improve. We take this information and meet frequently with our team to celebrate when things are going well and to make improvements when they are needed.

One of our key core values is Collaborative Communication. We carry out this value by offering you access to our client Family Room, a way for your individual family to communicate with each other and Promise Care staff for the best care experience. We also have a texting line for family members to be in communication with Promise Care and our emergency phone service is answered 24/7.

The Caregiver Experience: Our caregivers are the backbone of Promise Care. Without them we wouldn’t have a way to care for our clients. We are grateful for their hard work and dedication to the company they serve. To attract the best and to keep the best we offer higher wages than our competitors, benefits, incentives and bonus’ for a job well done. Our Collaborative Communication also carries through to our caregivers. We have many ways we recognize them, one of the ways is employee of the month to award those that live the company values. Training has been an important benefit to our caregivers. They have asked for more specific training and we are providing better training to make their jobs more rewarding.
